Day #15: Going back to the start

Today I went back to the drawing board to find an idea that was the perfect fit for me.

To recap, I started this 30 day challenge by asking ChatGPT to pick a niche and business idea.

Yesterday I realized that was a mistake since AI could never find an idea that I would be the best fit to build.

My first step to finding an idea was creating a list of the demographics I relate to.

Here are some of them:

• Founders / Business Owners

• Marketers

• Content Creators

• Photographers

• Students

My intuition led me to the first two options.

Founders / Business Owners are a great market, a lot of them have great purchasing power and I understand them on a deep level since I’m a business owner myself.

On the other hand, there are marketers in every company and they need loads of tools to do their jobs. Plus a lot of them have relatively deep pockets as well. Only problem is I don’t relate to them as much as I do to founders.

My gut is telling me founders are a better option due to the deeper connection.

So that is the demographic.

Now we need to get more specific.

I’m going to spend some time mapping the journey of a founder and stages of building a business.

Then the plan is to identify problems I have personally faced in different stages and parts of the journey and brainstorm solutions.
